The Math of AI
Vectors, gradients, and probability — the concrete intuition behind every model.
What you'll actually learn
Every model that "learns" is doing the same three mathematical things underneath: representing data as vectors, following a gradient downhill to reduce error, and reasoning about uncertainty with probability. This track doesn't teach math for its own sake — each concept is introduced exactly where it explains something a model is actually doing, so "gradient descent" stops being a phrase you've memorized and becomes something you can picture happening.
What you'll be able to do
You'll be able to look at a training curve or a model's confidence score and actually reason about what's happening underneath it — why loss is dropping, why a prediction comes with 73% confidence instead of 100% — instead of treating the model as a black box you can only poke from the outside.
